FAMILY COURT COURSES
My passion has always been to help as many people as possible without the need for one-to-one sessions, which led me to create the FAMILY FRITH courses.
I noticed that clients consistently faced the same challenge and I wanted to make support accessible to everyone.
Through my own experience and my work with clients, I have seen firsthand how the overwhelming nature of the family court process can take over daily life. Often leading to depression, anxiety, unmanageable stress, illness, and making parenting and dealing with difficult ex-partners even harder.
It is clear to me that the emotional side of the family court experience is completely not catered for by the system.
That’s why I developed a holistic course to be used alongside the family court process FREEDOM & MASTERY.
The court process is sterile and demands that respondents and claimants remain unemotional, but the reality is that court proceedings bring up floods of emotions.
These emotions often stem not only from relationship trauma and abuse, but also from childhood trauma.
This emotional impact cannot be ignored; it must be addressed and managed, otherwise our emotions govern us and let us down, both in court and in daily life.
Making room for emotions is key.
It’s something the family courts and most legal professionals simply don’t do.
My hope is that my courses and book will help many people get through the process with less stress and anxiety.
That the family court experience can be transformative, even if the benefits are not immediately obvious.

Recent years have seen significant cuts to legal aid in England and Wales, with civil legal aid spending falling sharply since its peak. Eligibility for free legal advice and representation narrowing considerably, leading to what experts now refer to as “legal aid deserts”.
84.9% of people lack access to a local welfare legal aid provider and
90% have no access to local education legal aid providers,
leaving millions without meaningful access to justice.
The reduction in legal aid has been compounded by stagnant fees for legal aid providers, causing many charities and small firms to withdraw from the sector, making pro bono support even harder to find for those most in need.
This crisis of access is why I am passionate about not pricing people in need out of vital legal support.
To help bridge this gap, I founded the Family Frith Foundation, offering bursaries to families in extreme poverty and interest-free payment plans.
Financial hardship should not prevent anyone from accessing the guidance and support they require during the family court process.
I look forward to meeting you on a consultation and hope that you find this website, the podcasts, courses and trust services of benefit in creating FAMILY FRITH.
Sincerely,
Alexandra
