We had the pleasure of Alexandra drawing up our trust documents for our portolifo of property we own in the UK.  With the UK not being the haven for people who have worked, saved and invested for their own and family’s future a trust felt like a no brainier of an idea to implement.  The problem is that I had no idea how to go about doing it as we did not have the fountain of knowledge to hand in order to do so. Fortunately Alexandra was kind, understanding & patient to explain and talk us through the process of creating a trust.   She was very knowledgeable and open to sharing. The fees where very reasonable and the trust and will that she drew up for us was created in a relatively short & fast time frame.   She has also been very helpful in answering on going questions & services giving reassurance to us as we build our trust with our assets.

I wanted to feel safe in the knowing that my children and the assets I had generated could look after my family.  Family Frith Foundation was a huge help in creating a Trust document to protect my family. I’m a single mum of 3 daughters and a carer for my mum who is physically disabled.  I rely on my driving to get my mum to appointments and my daughters for education.  After an unfair stop by the police, I was summoned to court with the threat of my license being taken away!  I was terrified.  Alexandra helped us get our paperwork in order, so we could create a court bundle to present to the court.   She also gave us Court Role Play and this demystified the process so much that when we went in there we felt prepared and actually had fun with the process.  The Judge commended our paperwork and my driving license!  I fully recommend Alexandra to anyone facing court, who can’t afford a solicitor and is neurodivergent.
